We do offer shipping - no item is too big or too small! We keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring a safe arrival. Shipping cost is based on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

Larger pieces are scheduled with one of our shipping partners and delivered white glove. Deliveries outside of California can take 2-5 weeks depending on availablility and routes.

Smaller items are packed and shipped in house.

In the rare case that an item arrives broken, don't worry - your package has been fully insured. Take photos of everything, hang on to all the packaging and contact the store right away at (805) 364 - 5144 or info@thebluedoorsb.com.

We are a collective meaning our store is made up of individual spaces where private collectors exhibit their pieces. We currently showcase 14 collectors who source from all around - some here in Santa Barbara county, others in the Bay Area, one even ships containers from Denmark.

We do not typically take pieces on consignment. We primarily do our sourcing in-house through our featured collectors.

Occasionally, we will purchase a piece outright from the public at a wholesale price. If you have an item you feel particularly fits the style of the store and is of exceptional quality in excellent condition, feel free to email us at info@thebluedoorsb.com. Please include photos, a description of the item and whatever pricing you may have in mind. We will respond at our discretion.

We do not source small items from the public. Please submit only furniture or art.

We only source vintage items which means 20 years or older.

We offer a 24 hour hold on larger pieces like art and furniture. We will store sold items awaiting shipping or pick up on the floor for up to 7 days after purchase.

Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns. Please read listings thoroughly and take a look at all the photos. Feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchase. We want you to want to ensure you'll be happy your item!

New inventory arrives in the store every day, far more than we could possibly list online. We list as many pieces as we can but keep in mind while you're browsing that you are only seeing a sample of what is available on the showroom floor.
